Kimberly R. S. Conte as President of the company is dedicated to providing superior construction service to our clients. Kim provides a wealth of experience and practical know-how on the job site, as well as behind the scenes. Through her efforts, Fairfield House & Garden Company has grown in size and provides construction, property maintenance, and home management services. Kim has run operations in the construction industry for over 30 years. With a degree in Administration from Berkeley College, Kim brings a critical skill set to the organization that benefit her clients throughout the design-build process. Kim's years of experience in the industry brings insightful value engineering and bid analysis to each project. Kim prides herself on keeping projects on budget and on schedule while delivering the highest quality finished product.


John Conte Fairfield House & Garden in NY & CT

JOHN R. CONTE
Vice President

John, as co-owner with Kimberly has been directing Fairfield House & Garden Company's operations for more than 30 years. As a registered landscape architect and a licensed arborist, John brings artistic and technique expertise to the table. His designs result in creative solutions that distinguish Fairfield House & Garden Co. projects from their competitors. With experience in construction and management and an eye for detail, John's experience ensures that structures, roads, and landscape elements will have an aesthetically pleasing relationship with the land around them. John's ultimate goal is to create a feeling of permanence and balance within the landscape. In addition to John's commitment to the field of landscape architecture, he is an active volunteer in the community. John recently served as Vice-Chairman of the Greenwich Wetlands Agency and is currently on the Architectural Review Committee for Planning & Zoning as well as serving on the boards of Greenwich Tree Conservancy, Greenwich Green & Clean, The Greenwich Audubon, The Round Hill Association, and The Family Center's Senior Advisory Board. He has also served on the Executive Committee to the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Executive Board of the Greenwich Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and several other community related leadership activities.

JOHN R. CONTE, III
Director of Operations

John is a professional engineer licensed in the State of Connecticut.  He has eight years’ experience in Civil Engineering, Planning and Construction.  John’s experience is in site design, permit acquisition, creating technical drawings, overseeing construction and installation of site infrastructure.  John has in-depth proficiency on a range of project sizes, including single family residential houses and estates, multi-family residential developments, as well as large scale commercial, institutional and campus sized projects.  John’s capabilities include all stages of development from initial feasibility studies, through the permitting, construction, and close out of projects.  John joins us from a local engineering firm, where he has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in managing the workflow of complex projects.

Financial Manager

Sharon joined us in February of 2017.  With over 25 years of experience in construction project coordination, project accounting, financial management and cash management, she is a valuable member of our team!  Growing up in a family of high-end residential builders has gained her a lifetime of knowledge in the field.  Sharon provides expert financial analysis and decision making support.  She is a diligent worker who keeps projects organized, tracked and on budget; she knows how to get the job done.

Gilly heads up all of our marketing and event coordination for our clients and staff. This includes getting the latest Fairfield House & Garden details out on to our social media platforms. Gilly joined us in the summer of 2013 after 16 years in the beverage industry upon discovering outdoors and landscapes would be a breath of fresh air, literally. Her enthusiasm and quick wit along with strong attention to detail, makes her a welcome addition to the team.

Office Coordinator

Elizabeth Fina has been with our team since 2010. With a background in Psychology at LaSalle University, Elizabeth brings a level of communication & understanding that keeps our office moving. Her bookkeeping expertise and organizational skills allow for a natural flow of day to day tasks. As our Hospitality Manager, Elizabeth leaves no detail forgotten.

DAVID B. CONTE

Landscape Management

After attending Norwich Military Academy in Vermont, Dave joined the family business in 2011.  He is responsible for all aspects of landscape maintenance and property management including assessing properties, daily scheduling, crew appointment and monitoring job sites.  Dave has taken a number of horticultural courses at the New York Botanical Gardens to keep abreast of current sustainable property management as well as tree and plant care.
