Kimberly Conte PresidentKimberly R. S. Conte as President of the company is dedicated to providing superior landscaping service to our clients. Kim provides a wealth of experience and practical know-how on the job site, as well as behind the scenes. As a gifted master gardener, she works with clients to develop a balance of color, seasonality, and maintainability to the landscape. Through her efforts, Fairfield House & Garden Company has grown in size and now provides property maintenance services. With a background in business, Kim has run operations in the landscaping construction industry for over 25 years. With a degree in Administration from Berkeley College, Kim brings a critical skill set to the organization that benefit her clients through the design-build process. Kim heads up the firm's landscape design initiatives by applying her love of gardening and encyclopedic knowledge of plants, to the site design. Kim is committed to serving and beautifying her community. Her involvement with Greenwich Tree Conservancy, providing landscaping and planting services at local traffic circles, is an example of her continuing commitment to her community. |

John Conte Vice PresidentJohn R. Conte as co-owner with Kimberly has been directing Fairfield House & Garden Company's operations for more than 30 years. As a registered landscape architect and a licensed arborist, John brings artistic and technique expertise to the table. His designs result in creative solutions that distinguish Fairfield House & Garden Co. projects from their competitors. With experience in construction and management and an eye for detail, John's experience ensures that structures, roads, and landscape elements will have an aesthetically pleasing relationship with the land around them. John's ultimate goal is to create a feeling of permanence and balance within the landscape. In addition to John's commitment to the field of landscape architecture, he is an active volunteer in the community. John is currently Vice-Chairman of the Greenwich Wetlands Agency and serves on the boards of Greenwich Tree Conservancy, Greenwich Green & Clean, The Greenwich Audubon, The Round Hill Association, and The Family Center's Senior Advisory Board. He has also served on the Executive Committee to the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Executive Board of the Greenwich Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and several other community related leadership activities. |

Mary Folan Office ManagerAs office manager, Mary Folan is the go to person for all of our administrative and financial management issues. Mary was born and raised in Galway, Ireland and completed a certification in business studies overseas. Mary has over 23 years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping in the construction and landscaping industry. Mary provides expert financial analysis and decision-making support. A key player in our office, Mary keeps our landscape projects organized and on track. She has an excellent understanding of all our operations including: design- build, property management, and landscape contracting and masonry. |

Juliana L. Serraillier Director of Marketing & CommunicationsJuliana L. Serraillier heads up all of our communication and outreach efforts as the firm's director of marketing & communications. She found her way to Fairfield House & Garden Company after completing her Bachelors of Science from Simmons College in Boston. Eager to continue her education, Juliana is currently pursuing a Masters from Fairfield University. Juliana has her finger on the pulse of new landscape design and construction projects focusing in the greater Connecticut and New York area. With an excellent eye for design, Juliana is a terrific addition to our company. She is always excited to make new connections and increase our circle of satisfied clients and business relationships. |
Skippy Folan Office DogSkippy Folan is best known as our carefree office dog! Skippy was adopted by Mary from Larchmont Pet Rescue in April 2006. He immediately started attending work with Mary and became a valued staff member. Skippy's key responsibilities include greeting clients, frolicking in our backyard, and of course, napping. |
